Due to the potential safety implications of mobile massage, I exclusively work with women when it comes to massage therapy. Those seeking Massage Therapy who do not identify with this group and feel like my skills may help, please reach out to me and set up a consultation call. I am open to treating men whose spouses are current clients. Referrals will be verified, and I reserve the right to review appointment inquiries on a case-by-case basis.

Optimize Therapeutic Bodywork provides services in the Greater Houston area, with a 25-mile round trip included in the travel fee. Locations beyond this 25-mile round trip are subject to additional mileage fees.
Robin will arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment to set up your massage/stretch experience. The massage table is 30" x 72" (W x L), 84" long, including the headrest, so please have an uncluttered area in your home prepared for her to set up the table to allow enough space to move around during your session. Her setup includes a mattress pad, linens, and bolsters for comfort and soothing music (feel free to listen to your own) for relaxation.
If receiving mobile Thai Massage/Mat-Based Therapy, please have an uncluttered area to fit the 80" x 60" Thai floor mat.
Before starting the session, we will take a few moments to discuss your goals and health history. Once your session is complete, Robin will leave your space just as it was before the session and allow you to continue relaxing.

We ask that you undress to your comfort level. I am well-practiced in sheet draping techniques to protect my clients’ modesty. I will honor whatever clothing boundaries my clients prefer to keep, so you may undress as much or as little as you’d like. I may use an oil-based product and will try my best to avoid getting any product on the clients’ clothing.

I suggest wearing leggings, yoga pants or sweatpants and a comfortable top. Shorts are acceptable, but please wear bike shorts underneath if your shorts are baggy.

Tipping is customary in the massage/bodywork industry, but please don’t feel obligated to do so. That said, if you feel you received exceptional service and would like to express your appreciation in the form of a gratuity, I accept cash, Venmo, or card. Referring others to my practice and leaving a review on Google are great ways to show your appreciation in lieu of a tip!
